The rain has picked up off and on in Moore, and I heard from several people of it “pouring” on a couple of occasions in parts of Norman. The ice accumulation is increasing but the road and sidewalk outside here, at this point, still are in good shape.

I’d say not a lot has changed at the Potts family ranch in Moore. The ice is maybe a little thicker on the cars, perhaps 1/8 inch maybe nearing 1/4 inch although its a little hard to measure accurately.

Similar to what it was been, ice forming on trees, grass, cars and power lines. There seems to be a little sleet mixed in with what’s falling also. Sleet is better in terms of it not freezing to power lines and trees but worse for road conditions.

It’s freezing up in a hurry in southeast Moore. As of about 9 a.m. cars, grass and tree limbs already are starting to get a real coating of ice on them. My polycart is already frozen shut as well. The road, sidewalk and driveway, however, were just wet and not slick at all.
